Be prepared as you will be asked various types of questions by your interviewer during the interview. Like questions about your strengths and your weaknesses are the most common ones. Stating that they don’t have any weaknesses is one of the biggest mistakes that most of the candidates make when being asked this question. Every person surely has at least one weakness or something that they are uncontrollably fond of. Be honest to accept this. Try and convert your weakness as strength as well. Generally most of the interviewers ask the candidates if they have any doubts or any other kinds of questions to put forward. When given a chance don’t hesitate to ask questions. Even if you don’t have any questions, come up with an honest one. As most of the candidates don’t know the “do you have any questions” asked by an interviewer always turns out as a trick. Most of the interviewers find the candidates who ask questions interesting. Cook some questions associated with the company. It’s more than enough to ask questions about how the company was started? or what are the hierarchy standards, etc. Be cautious with the kind of questions that you ask, don’t sound too pushy or arrogant. |
